After a hearty breakfast of porridge, eggs, and Tibetan bread, pack your daypack with essentials and set out on the trail. On the Thorong La Pass day, you'll start as early as 3-4 AM to reach the pass before weather deteriorates. The trail varies dramatically throughout the complete circuit.
